We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the country and aboard.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Once your payment is verified and processed, you will receive your order on the same day if placed by 11 a.m. Orders placed after 11 am will be shipped the following day. Shipping fee is dependent on your location and is calculated at checkout.
Carefully check and confirm your address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 2-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
We offer worldwide shipping to more than 220 countries and territories. International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. Shipping fee is calculated at check out depending on the weight of your shopping bag.
All prices on our site are in Kenya shillings and charged in KES. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order.
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to the store you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee).
Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be an additional shipping fee as per the calculated shipping cost of the item/s.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS or EMS has marked your package as delivered.
