REFUND POLICY
Exchanges
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at keekyscollection@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do an exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned.
- Any inner garments (underwear, bras, swimwear, bodysuits)
- Items with scents, deodrant, signs of wear and stains.
- Washed, Tagless, no receipt/proof of payment.
- sale items or gift cards.
- Shipping fees.
- Defect on the order. Return shipping fee will be our responsibility.
- Wrong item/size shipped. Return shipping fee will be our responsibility.
- The item did not fit. You will be allowed to exchange with a size smaller or bigger. In any case the size required is out of stock, you will be allowed to change it with a different item of the same amount or more in which case you will be required to top up the additional charges. Return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the client. Tip: Ensure to check our size chart before making any purchases to avoid unnecessary returns/exchanges.
- Any of the above issues have been reported immediately you receive your order.
Refunds
For all returns we issue store credit only. Cash Refunds are not available.
